REFUND POLICY
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, including perishable goods, are exempt from being returned.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@jordybcosmetics.com.au for return instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the gift was not marked as such at the time of purchase or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser, and they will be informed of the return.
Shipping Returns
Return instructions and the return address will be provided via email.
You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on your location.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
